Over the last decade, vehicle technology has advanced enormously in China. Established in 2001, SWAN has been dedicating into the forefront technology research for our products, building a reliable reputation in both original equipment (OEM) and aftermarket batteries.
Today, you'll find our products in millions of cars, powerboats, motorcycles and motorhomes and have been sold to more than 30 countries all over the world. During the past 12 years, we have seen a lot suppliers kept reducing the thickness of the grid year by year and changed with less pure lead for lower cost and higher profit. But we believe long-term business is based on solid performance quality, so instead of reducing the grid thickness we enhanced part of it.

Our product features include:
- Pure virgin lead ingot: we are using 99.97% pure virgin lead as the material of the grids, which ensure the strength and resistance to corrosion.
- Ultra strong grid: we designed the grid to be thicker than other brands to ensure the reliability and service life.
- Low-resistance envelope separators: improve the vibration durability and prevent treeing and internal shorting.
- Reinforced battery case: we manufacture the battery case by ourselves, who use the reinforced design as the Korean battery that is exceptionally strong.
- Centered plate: stronger and can reduce the lever action movement from road shock.
- Flame arrester: prevent explosion and inflow of dust, providing a safe system to end users.
